By default, the shipping address inserted during your account creation will be saved into your account.

When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History.

A tracking number of courier will be given to you after order done.

For cancellation before payment, after logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart.
Here, you will be able to make payment or click on the cross button on the top right corner on the selected product bar that you wish to cancel.

For cancellation after payment, all order can be cancelled before customer fulfilled by calling us at (+60) 010 403 1396 within 24 hours after order being proceed through web.

Upon cancellation or order, refund will be credited to the customer account within 7-14 working days.

Multiple choice of courier services company will be provided as for customer to choose for their preference.

Selection of courier services company will be on the next step right after the step of proceed order and before making payment as customer is baring the delivery charges.

Currently we only accept bank transfer and PayPal service. However, if you would like to pay in Credit or Debit Card, you can use PayPal to pay it anonymously.

[/accordion-item] [accordion-item title=”WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF UNSATISFACTORY/WRONG SAMPLE/MISSING SAMPLES ?”]

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly.
Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at furious1motorparts@gmail.com or talk to us in our Facebook Page.

  1. In the event that the sample you’ve received is unsatisfactory in any way you perceive, we will require photo proof of the sample your D.O (Delivery Order) as well and
    you may be required to send us back the sample for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send a sample to you at no cost, subject to availability.
    The postage cost will be credited back to your account after we receive the returned item. All goods accepted for return should be returned for receipt by the Company within 7 days of delivery.
  2. In the event that you’ve received the wrong sample, we will require photo proof of the wrongly sent sample and D.O (Delivery Order) and after reviewing, we’ll re-send the correct sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. All goods accepted for return should be returned for receipt by the Company within 7 days of the delivery.
  3. In the event that returned as ‘unwanted’ or ‘incorrectly order’ we will require your D.O (Delivery Order) as well and you may be required to send us back the sample. May at the discretion of the company be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value of the Goods.

All goods accept for return should be returned for receipt by the company within 7 days of delivery. The customer should return goods to ‘Return Depart, Furious1Once Company address‘ clearly quoting the customer’ account number and order number.

All goods accept for exchange should be returned the goods to company within 7 days of delivery. For the goods with higher price compared with the original goods, customer must pay for the extra meanwhile for the exchange on lower price goods, the extra charged of 20% restocking fees will be incurred for this particular transaction.

The transaction period of refunds shall take 7-14 working days for us to proceed.

Once we received the returned item, we will inspect it and notify customer that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify the customer on the status of the refund after inspecting the item. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer.
